Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

GENERAL TERMS.

  • Please write descriptions of your desired character/image in a neat and clear manner.

  • Provide neat references. This can include drawn references or color swatches.

  • Please do not provide a wall of text. Keep the wording plain and simple.

  • I reserve the right to deny or cancel or fully refund your commission.

  • I will ask the customer for permission if the commissioned work may be displayed on my public portfolio or social media accounts. The customer reserves the right to deny my request, however please note that this right does not grant the customer copyright ownership over the commissioned work (see below).

PAYMENT.

  • All commissions must all be paid in full upfront after the initialized sketch. If your commission is just a sketch commission, it must be paid upfront.

  • The currency accepted is USD.

  • The payment must be made through my PayPal.me account. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

PROCESS.

  • WIP (Work In Progress) sketches will be sent as soon as they are made. Alterations, edits, redesigns, aka any modifications can be made at this time free of charge.

  • I may send a colored sketch to ensure customer approval. During the sketching period you are entitled to an 100% refund.

  • Afterwards I will proceed with inking, shading, and so forth. After the sketching period I will not accept a refund. Once you are satisfied I will send the completed, unwatermarked illustration.

  • Small alterations/modifications may be allowed after the completed drawing (see below).

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

  • I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.

  • However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

  • Any great changes will come with an extra charge, typically an additional 50% of the already agreed price. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

  • Make sure to be clear in your order so there is no confusion.

About me

Hi, I'm Oanh Li Nguyen, also known to my friends as Jay. I'm 16 years old and an artist currently enrolled in an art focused school. Professionally, emotes are my main focus commission wise, but I am capable of doing full-body realistic drawings.

I have played an active role in the online artist community for as long as I can remember. I love drawing fantasy characters, settings, scenes, and what have you. I love love love playing D&D and hope in the future I can open up for D&D character commissions.

When I'm not drawing you can see me baking, gardening, or writing. I DM a D&D Fifth Edition game every Saturday with my friends. I am most active on Twitter and Instagram, where you'll see more of my professional or even lighthearted works.
